Whilst we did a report on one of his adult novels I must confess to having next to nothing to do with Craig's success... but I thought I'd cite him as an example of creating his own publishing journey.
If your novel doesn't get considered by us for submission you should not give up. Plenty of our authors go on to get published without us actively submitting and while we may be a part of your publishing curve we're not always the sole answer (of course we're not!). So, at the very least, come to us for constructive criticism, and don't give up at the first hurdle if we feel your novel is not immediately submittable. Most importantly, persevere with your writing because you never know what direction it may take you in.
