Jo was originally one of our editors, having been published before. We edited her debut YA novel, Red Tears (even the best editors need an editor!). We then submitted her to some agents and she ended up with Penny Holroyde of Caroline Sheldon Literary Agency. Faber & Faber went on to publish it and her second book, Screwed. Her latest book, Out, is to be published in March. (Note how strong the titles are, which suit this social issues genre.)
